How can I register other than online?

We prefer online registration if at all possible. You can print & mail a brochure along with payment in to Heather Macy LLC PO Box 1892 Winterville, NC 28590. You will also have to print and mail in the required documents to participate.

What happens after I register?

After registering online you will receive immediate confirmation of enrollment via email. You will also receive additional information and a reminder about check in procedures in the weeks leading up to the camp your child is enrolled in.

When should I register?

You can register anytime from now up until the week before the camp. We will also accept anything after that dependent on number, as well as walk ups, but cannot guarantee a camp souvenir for campers registering after 1 week prior to camp.

Refund Policy:

We understand that plans can change and you may be reluctant to pay for summer camp several months ahead of time. If you need to withdraw from camp, our cancellation fees will be applied as follows:
→ You will receive a FULL REFUND if you cancel before MAY 15TH.
→ If you cancel ON OR AFTER MAY 15TH a $100.00 non-refundable deposit will be taken.
→ NO REFUNDS will be given AFTER MAY 15TH or SEVEN (7) DAYS PRIOR to the start of your camp without a signed Doctor’s note.

NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON:
→ On or after the start date of your camp.
→ Voluntary withdrawal from camp for any reason.
→ Withdrawal from camp for disciplinary reasons.
→ No Show.

HOW DO I REQUEST A REFUND?: To request a refund, please submit in writing as an attachment via email to toni@influenceandimpacters.com
PLEASE INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
→ Campers Name
→ Parent Name & Full Mailing Address
→ Reason For Refund Request

This ensures that an electronic time stamp is placed with the request. All refunds will be remitted by check. Monies should be received 2-3 weeks after the request is submitted.

Required Documents:

Required Forms are MANDATORY for participation in camp. Forms can be scanned and emailed to toni@influenceandimpacters.com prior to camp or brought on the first day.
